A bit about my personal background:
I am a Church of England priest – now officially retired. I Spent 12 years working in parishes in Gloucester Diocese before moving into religious broadcasting – first with Severn Sound in Gloucester, and later with BBC Radio Gloucestershire. I have also worked in the communications department at C of E headquarters in London, and as Diocesan Communications Officer in Gloucester. I also ran a small company producing videos, DVDs and other media resources for Church and charity organizations.
My wife, Chris, and I have lived in Highnam just outside Gloucester since 1982, and I still help out taking services a couple of Sundays a month in the four local parishes. Chris is part of a team doing weekly Collective Worship in our local primary school and helping to organise 'Messy Church'.
We are enjoying our retirement and love to travel - especially in our campervan.
